Layers of tiered Tulle and lace bring interest to this finely ruched fit and flare gown. Large rhinestone beaded appliques and 3-Dimensional tulle flowers accent the front and back of bodice. Finishing this dress are satin covered buttons at the zipper. 

This dress has never been worn to an event. No alterations have been made to this dress.
